On behalf of Stoke-on-Trent City Council, Townsend and Renaudon are happy to have delivered a scheme of alterations and refurbishment works to Spode Building 5 in Stoke Town Centre creating enterprise/ incubator office accommodation as part of the Powering up Enterprise programme. The primary objective being to help and support both new and existing businesses and ultimately to drive economic growth with an offer of affordable and flexible office accommodation.
