The financial assessment of damage to a property relating to an insurance claim. Often this relates to the costs of reinstating a building following a fire, but we have also been involved in a number of claims and involving damage caused by flooding and mining subsidence.
The assessment of rebuilding cost for a building or complex of buildings for insurance cover purposes. The assessment of work to Listed buildings is a challenging area of work in this field of which we can claim experience.To ensure your asset is sufficiently insured we provide Reinstatement Cost Assessment of buildings in accordance with RICS guidance.
